Yahoo!'s spokeswoman Mary Osako also said Wednesday, "We condemn punishment of any activity internationally recognized as free expression, whether that punishment takes place in China or anywhere else in the world. While we absolutely believe companies have a responsibility to identify appropriate practices in each market in which they do business, we also believe there is a vital role for government-to-government discussion of the larger issues involved."

So basically they are saying it is tue government's issue to solve. In the meantime, it looks like there may be many more names that surface in the near future that are in prison due to Yahoo!'s assistance.

So if it's the government's job to fix the problem with China, it is the consumer's job to Boycott Yahoo! in the meantime.
